On the nose, it offers a bouquet of white flowers like jasmine and acacia, intertwined with notes of citrus fruits, white peach, and hints of Mediterranean herbs such as sage and thyme. The palate is fresh and well-rounded, featuring a harmonious balance of acidity and minerality, leading to a persistent and savory finish. Fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees, Masso Vivo is an excellent companion to seafood, light appetizers, and vegetarian dishes.
