Town Branch True Cask Bourbon is a cask-strength blend of their two Kentucky mash bills; their signature high malt mash bill, blended with a more traditional high corn malt bill. It embodies the art of blending uncut, straight-from-the-barrel whiskey.
Dark amber color. Aromas and flavors of linden honey, grilled grapes, cornbread batter, peanut butter, and black currant preserves with a dry medium-to-full body and a peppery, complex, long finish that shows notes of honey and vanilla, cinnamon and clove, floral and fruity, and roasted pineapple and dried banana chips. It is delicately sweet to start with a spicy and lingering finish.
