It's an intense cherry red color. Elegant aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit on a base of smoke and spices. Velvety and delicate.
Monastrell (80%), Petit Verdot (10%), and Syrah (10%) from old vines of over 60 years old. Manually harvested, and aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months.
